Claudia Valladares is the Co-Founder and CEO of Impact Hub Caracas. Previously, Claudia was the Chief Executive Officer of Banca Communitaria Banesco. She has been named among the 50 Women of Impact and 500 Most Influential People in LatAm 2024 by Bloomberg, Responsible Leader from BMW Foundation, Women's Empowerment Principles Secretariat in Venezuela 2024-2026 by UN Women, 100 Mujeres Protagonistas 2022 by Netherlands Embassy in Venezuela, Women's Entrepreneurship Day Organization Venezuela Ambassador, TechnovationGirls Venezuela Regional Ambassador, Mujeres B Venezuela Leader, and she is member of YPO-WPO Chapter Venezuela. With more than 20 awards, Claudia has 15 years of experience in the financial and microfinance sector in Latin America. Claudia has more than 30 years developing public, private and NGO initiatives to create opportunities and inclusion in low-income communities. Claudia is a Systems Engineer from UNIMET Venezuela, holds a MBA from Loyola University Chicago, a Master in Finance from IESA and a Creative Leadership Program from THNK School Amsterdam.
